Getting Started is Easy!

1. Sign in or Create an account online by clicking the  "Book A Visit" button, or download our mobile app Gingr For Pet Parents - facility code for the app is 865896
    
2. Upload your pet’s current vaccination records & care plan
    
3. Book your services online anytime
    
4. Pay the deposit & add a credit card to your account
    

To help us reserve your spot and plan our schedule, the following policy applies:

• A 100% deposit is required for holiday and peak-period bookings.
• If you need to cancel less than four (4) weeks in advance, your deposit will not be refunded, but it may be applied as a credit toward a future stay.
• No-call, no-show appointments will result in a 100% forfeited deposit, which cannot be transferred or used as a credit.
